I would leave 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately this company and their employees (specifically Sam and Laura) are not doing their jobs as instructed by the owner of the property. One of my clients asked Sam to increase the rent back in 2024 and he did not, he did not inform the client at the time. Despite having the client for over 10 years, they disrespected her by not even spelling her name correctly in an email which shows that they don't even care about there customers no matter how long they have been doing business. Family Haven rentals is using a portion of your name to scam people they have many units at low rent the scam location is on 140 and 78 you can find them with a Google search
I’m very honest to say they are unskilled and their management is extremely poor. No one answer the phone and call back…but they were punctual for charging your money.
I hope I can rate 0 star. They did nothing to us. Won’t recommend their company to anyone. Pricey and unskillful
