Horrific. Had them install a liner last year, the pool leaked all summer, but he would not return calls. Had someone else come look at it this year before we filled it, they found 3 leaks. Called Haven from a different number so he wouldn't ghost us, and he said he can't know if we jumped in an scratched it, which would not be his fault, and he is a small business so he can't afford to cover costs like that. Our last liner lasted 10 years.

Left a message twice for him to get a quote for some work. Have yet to hear back in a 2 week period.

This company installed a new liner into my mom's pool last year and it already has 3 holes. We have called repeatedly over the past 3 weeks with zero response. Our calls go directly to voice mail and, despite leaving messages with each call, no one has honored our request for a conversation. Absolutely unacceptable. After paying $2,000+ for a new liner and installation last year, we may be forced to pay another company to re-do it. Please - do NOT use this company.
