Since I moved here in 2021 and am still here, the owners, management, and staff have changed three or possibly four times, each time compounding old issues with new ones. I honestly can’t wait until my lease is up. First in for most the rent is through the roof which is okay because I knew what I was signing up for. On the the other hand maintenance team is a 0/10 they come when they want to they don’t answer the phone, they half do jobs leave and never return to finish. When I first moved in my washer flooded my living room because they didn’t connect the pipes the right way, also there was a SEWER leak in my garage that had my garage smelling like old urine and shit.
