Save your time, money, and sanity. Do not rent at Haven on Long Grove. I lived here for a year and it was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with an apartment. The “newly renovated” units are a joke. There were hairs painted into the walls, paint all over the mirrors and floors, and a dishwasher that wasn’t even measured correctly so it scraped the cabinets every time it opened. Words can’t express enough how much the team in the leasing office go above and beyond for their residents! My dad has lived here for about 10 years through multiple management changes and I have to say the team that is currently in the office is OUTSTANDING! No matter what you may need, if it’s an emergency or just a simple call, they are always on top of it. I do also want to call out specifically Kylie and Jason for being so diligent and having such a great team!
