Being a busdriver I have students that live out here. They look nice from the outside and neighborhood seems peaceful and friendly
0 service - dont even rent from here guys - leasing office not gonna help at all to their customers if they problems at their house especially Katie if i am not mistaken
No maintenance service
Since I moved here in 2021 and am still here, the owners, management, and staff have changed three or possibly four times, each time compounding old issues with new ones. Truthfully, the only reason I’ve stayed is that the cost of what I need is within my budget. Everything else here is awful. Dealing with the revolving management, office, and maintenance staff has always been a miserable and ineffective experience. I would do 4.5, but the 3.8 stars needs to go up. Yes, getting ahold of people is tricky, but I go into the office if they aren't replying. Every single time I am in there, the agents are helping other people with their needs. I understand that they don't have a ton of time because of the respect and attention they show to everyone coming in. The amount of litter in the parking lot and the trash areas....are awful.
