I have been to haven before and LOVED my experience. Unfortunately this time wasn’t the same. I got my nails done for vacation and 2 days after one completely broke off. I was extremely disappointed especially since these were my surprise engagement nails. Also the top coat has been peeling off my nails. I got these done a week and a half ago and I’m already going to have to go back. Unacceptable.

Sophia is great she stayed open after the shop was closed to accommodate myself and my daughter she was polite professional and real she educated my daughter on face care and made sure give us the full treatment even after hours thankyou u now have two permanent customers

Well the people are all nice enough but I’m really disturbed but the gel polish change I received as a little emergency between sets was really horrible. The first person did it and recognized that the yellow gel polish was streaky and just didn’t look that good but didn’t put anything under neath it. It chipped that very same night because he put several layers on it. Haven is the best! I am extremely loyal to Sarah as she always does such great work. Not only does she make sure you’re comfortable and have great conversation, she cares about your nail care and will always do what she thinks is best. I used to have a major problem biting and Sarah has helped my nail journey so much. I couldn’t ask for a better nail tech!
