AWFUL! Poor quality gel manicure and disappointing service. My gel manicure was less than one week old when I noticed significant chipping. The application was poorly done from the beginning—the gel was applied unevenly and left the nails visibly bumpy rather than smooth. I went back to the salon to request either a refund or for the technician to redo the service, but neither option was provided. Bummed because we booked a birthday celebration for 6 people for my daughter’s birthday. ($225 worth) I called the day before and made an appt and confirmed the price at that time. Since we made an appointment, we were thinking they’d save us chairs together. Our entire group was split into thirds with random people between us. We learned upon our arrival the girls nails would be $38 instead of the quoted $25 if they wanted to sit together in a group in the big chairs instead of being divided amongst little and big chairs.
