No one ever answers the phone don’t bother ringing
My previous GP at Haven, Doctor Alcid was fantastic for our entire family, he’s now left and the clinic didn’t advise us once of this change. Since, I’ve had a replacement doctor tell me he needs to google what to do in regard to my pregnancy and my symptoms, this process took 4 hours. I’ve spent upwards of $300 in phone consults and visits that have lasted no more than 5 minutes, been passed around from public system to GP and with zero regard to my care. No communication re Dr Alcid leaving. Been ringing for the last 30 minutes during office hpurs (9 15 to 9 45 am) to change a scheduled phone appointment...and getting a recorded message to say phone during office hours!! Changing doctors. Different attitudes to customer service
We were very disappointed to hear that Dr Alcid and Grace have left the practice. They have looked after our entire family for many years in a friendly, professional manner. Even more disappointing was that there was as no communication with patients about them leaving the practice!! Just rang one day for an appointment to say they no longer work there. Not good to be left without your Doctor with no notice whatsoever!
