Just moved out of these apartments due to work, but I really enjoyed everything about my stay. The floor plans are the perfect size, and the staff was very attentive and professional. I highly recommend them if you’re looking in the Tempe area
I called 7 times, multiple days in a row, just to set up a tour. Only for the gal to tell me “yeah you can do a self guided tour on Saturday, I’ll email you the code” NEVER emailed me anything. I was really excited about these apartments as they meet all of my criteria. The lack of professionalism and follow through only makes me worry how terrible it would be to live here.
I've been a resident here for 2 years and have had an amazing experience! The management team is top-notch, and maintenance requests are handled efficiently and promptly. Kelly, the leasing manager, is particularly wonderful - she's friendly and makes you feel welcome. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great rental in Tempe!
Amazing complex with a small community vibe. Kelly is an amazing manager who is always addressing issues that arise in a timely manner. Adrian the maintenance is great on top of all our maintenance requests and always communicating if the issue might take longer to resolve.
Loved the time we were there. Cute little backyard, very large bedrooms and nice office area upstairs. Highly recommend property. Kelly, the manager was awesome! Maintenance needs were always quickly handled.
