I am a first time mom, and working with Kaylen was super helpful and reassuring. My baby was wanting to be latched allllll the time, and I was super worried I wasn't making enough milk for her, and was going crazy trying to pump to increase supply and have additional milk to give via bottle. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Haven and Kaylens expert advice. I reached out when my newborn wasn't latching correctly, causing pain, and I was able to get in right away. She showed me different positions to use to help him latch better and answered all my question and more. It was also very easy to see if my insurance covored my visit, which it did. Can't thank her enough!
I was so glad to have met Kaylen! She helped me so much mentally and physically with breast-feeding!! Before I met with her, I had no idea what I was doing. I was having a very hard time mentally and physically with breast-feeding. After I left my appointment I felt so confident in my breast-feeding journey. Now my son and I are both doing so so good with breast-feeding!! 10/10 recommend her!!
Being a new mom is such an emotional and vulnerable experience. If you’re wanting to breastfeed or need any sort of lactation assistance, Kaylen is going to make you feel so taken care of and heard. My 3 month old refused the bottle and after months of trying everything she still refused. I was desperate as my return to work was approaching, then someone recommend Kaylen. Best decision!!! She heard us out and was so informational. Our little one had a sensitive gag reflux, she showed us exercises to push it back and other bottle's that wouldn't stimulate her gag. Week and half later my daughter takes the bottle!! Thanks Kaylen for helping desperate moms like me in our time of need!
