I am a first time mom, and working with Kaylen was super helpful and reassuring. My baby was wanting to be latched allllll the time, and I was super worried I wasn't making enough milk for her, and was going crazy trying to pump to increase supply and have additional milk to give via bottle. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Haven and Kaylens expert advice. I reached out when my newborn wasn't latching correctly, causing pain, and I was able to get in right away. She showed me different positions to use to help him latch better and answered all my question and more. It was also very easy to see if my insurance covored my visit, which it did. Can't thank her enough!
