I had the pleasure of working with Taylor Lupo on a recent claim and it was so refreshing to work with someone who listened and helped work out a very difficult dynamic. We need more agents like this and I fully recomment Haven Insurance Services!
Terrible customer service and follow through. You better hope you never have a claim. Taylor Lupo failed to help his client resolve the insurance company's "position" on coverage and falsely gave information to his insured (and others) about payment from the carrier. The carrier (the insurance that this office placed their client with) has still not paid for the services and my three calls to Taylor and Haven Insurance Services, Inc. have never been returned. Taylor and Mike are really great guys! They will help you out anyway that they can and truly care about customer service. I have been with their agency for over 8 years now and I couldn't imagine going somewhere else.
