RecommendedThe staff is kind and caring. My mom has dementia and my dad has mobility issues, I couldn't ask for better care for them. It is a small facility so everyone gets great personal care
If you care about the well-being of your loved ones, do NOT take them here. They have nursing assistants (namely Laura) who openly rant about masks not being important during this COVID pandemic, and claiming they know more than the CDC or WHO. I wouldn’t trust this facility to care for a hamster.
I placed my 94 year old mother there and could not be more pleased with the excellent quality of care she's received. Deborah was very diligent about making sure all her needs could be met.. there are many ! The staff has been exceptional with mom even in her confused state they make her feel very comfortable and loved. Haven has been an answer to our prayers.... and Deborah there is no way to express our heartfelt thanks.
Wonderful place, can't say enough good about the excellent care and cleanliness. Mother in law is there and is absolutely treated like a queen.
My Dad loves it there! ( He really looks forward to the days when Mt Rainier is in view) The caregivers are all so loving and take such great care of him. Deborah and the Haven are a blessing for us!
