This place is immaculate. The building is absolutely spotless. The residents are extremely well cared for. There is a calm, peaceful environment. Staff is unfailingly polite. I've been in several assisted living facilities, this one is the best.
I recently moved my mother into Haven House from New York and I have visited every day for the past two weeks ,every day my mother is clean and dressed appropriately ,very well cared for and the staff is exceptional and caring ,very compassionate and have been supportIve to me and my family during this transition.Everyone from the administrator,billing, the nurses aides ,the cooks ,activities and maintenance departments have been very professional and work well as a team.I am very pleased with Haven House ,we appreciate all ... read more
