The owners and staff are amazing!! Last minute needed a few flowers for my dad’s grave. Had my dog with me so I needed a place that I could run in and grab some and leave my dog in the car. When I called to ask if they could accommodate, they told me to bring the dog in the shop. I ended up getting some beautiful flowers and a pretty cool plant that I saw. They went above and beyond!
Well.... let me tell ya about my morning. Friday rush hour driving a 110' tractor trailer in NYC. Mentally and emotionally VERY ANGRY. Google calendar alerts."Anniversary today". While I cannot speak for their flowers, I can rave about the incredible customer service I received! I am not local and was attempting to order a bouquet for a friend who recently moved back to the area and just lost her father. Less than an hour after placing my order online I received a text from Dana letting me know that the address I had entered was actually a PO box. Absolutely amazing experience! The flowers are always fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. The staff is friendly, helpful, and being apart of the monthly subscription makes my ordering very easy. All of the bouquets I’ve purchased have exceeded my expectations and last for days.
