The person who showed up for the assessment of my Mom showed up in jeans. She had blood all over the back of her jeans and got blood all over the couch. Her boyfriend waited in the car, blocking the driveway, asleep in the car. I have never had such an unprofessional person who is supposed to be a nurse. It was disgusting cleaning up her blood off my Moms couch. This person will never be allowed to come back to my Moms house. This happened yesterday, 2-9-24.
I did not have a good experience with Haven Hospice. The best thing I can do about that is write this review and share my experience with you. Since you're reading reviews, I'm thinking that if you don't own, or work for Haven Hospice, this may be the kind of information you're looking for. For one thing, when I contracted the services of this company I soon learned that, at the time, they were ridiculously understaffed.
