The Haven Home Health staff has been great. They were able to heal the wounds that I had in half the time as when the wound care at the hospital.
Still waiting for a response. My doctor called to arrange wound care services on Tuesday of last week. I have called them 3 times since then and I still haven't received a call back.
admitted pt to therapies the day before discharge and had therapists on board to work with pt with in 24hrs. great response time, therapists have been very communicative and seem pretty thorough.
Response time from hospital ER release was excellent. Both wound care nurses and especially PT care from Dat exceptional. In 8 weeks I have progressed from wheel chair to walker to cane.
