Haven is awful do not use them if you care for your loved ones. My 99yr old father was discharged from the hospital and Haven was to be the home health provider. They did not come out for a week after dad got home and he has had only one visit from them since the 5th of May. They came out and got their forms signed to bill Medicare and haven’t been back since. My dad was supposed to have nursing, OT, PT, wound care, and Speech. The Haven Home Health staff has been great. They were able to heal the wounds that I had in half the time as when the wound care at the hospital.
Still waiting for a response. My doctor called to arrange wound care services on Tuesday of last week. I have called them 3 times since then and I still haven't received a call back.
admitted pt to therapies the day before discharge and had therapists on board to work with pt with in 24hrs. great response time, therapists have been very communicative and seem pretty thorough.
Response time from hospital ER release was excellent. Both wound care nurses and especially PT care from Dat exceptional. In 8 weeks I have progressed from wheel chair to walker to cane.
