Since I live in NY and my brother was in Anaheim nursing home they kept in touch with me at all times with updates on his condition. They were extremely accurate with the amount of time he had left. When he passed I received a call someone was on their way. Much gratitude to them.
Ms. Maria Ramos has consistently demonstrated exceptional care and professionalism as a CNA/HHA. Her compassionate approach and clear communication have been invaluable in supporting my grandmother during her hospice care over the past several months. Her willingness to go above and beyond, including providing a haircut, is deeply appreciated, especially in our difficult time.
Maria Ramos, is the nurse that gives my dad a bath. Maria does an awesome job. Last replacement that came in to replace Maria did not do a good job. We would not change Maria for anyone else.
Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I am very thankful to everyone for what they have done to help my mom while on hospice, especially her nurse Mario. He is always answering any concerns we may have and is on top of everything. My mom and I could not have asked for a better nurse.
