If you are queer or trans--I would avoid this place. They will not respect your preferred name. I have repeatedly told them I have a preferred name, only to have it ignored. It is not LGBT+ conscious care.

I received excellent care at Haven online from both Dr. Hutchinson and the very prompt and professional support staff who worked quickly to ensure I had everything I needed in regards to my medical care. Truly a wonderful experience and Dr. Hutchinson is a caring and expert clinician in her field.

Haven abandoned my care without notice via text, saying that I could not even continue as a cash-pay patient (because my insurance provider wasn’t covered). I worked with them for months, finally getting helpful treatment and they dropped me via a TEXT MESSAGE 2 days after an appointment to update my treatment plan. To say I’m livid is an understatement. Those of you with chronic pain will understand how horrible this is for a medical provider to do to a patient.

Love,.love,.love this medical center! Why can't every doctor's office work like Haven? Love the fact that I can do virtual appointments, get questions answered by text and never, ever made to feel like I'm just a crazy person!
