I had a deeply disappointing experience with HAVEN Center when I reached out for help as a victim of domestic violence. My husband was arrested, and the following day, a caseworker named Ashley contacted me and scheduled a meeting. Have been only able to get ahold of someone once—even though I was told they have someone on call to answer messages and calls. Left several messages unable contact anyone, but once. Needing resources and so far non have been provided, not even a phone call.
