Matt Bumgartner did a super wonderful job for us and my husband and I are very, very grateful for his help!! Our new roof is beautiful! He kindly and patiently guided us in hiring an engineer when our insurance company was trying to shaft us. The craftsmanship of the roof is truly wonderful and we would highly recommend Haven Exteriors.
Terrible. It's been months since we received an estimate and no one responds.
My experience with Haven exteriors was above and beyond from the first day I met the owner and his attention to my roofing needs. He was honest and direct after hurricane Ida and I didn’t need much at that time. When it was time for a new roof I did not hesitate to call them. The work was timely, professional and I would recommend them not only for roofing work but for any other services they might offer.
No show for scheduled estimates, twice! I even called the office the day of the second appointment to confirm that Ryan was going to show up. Apparently, this is common for them. Horribly unprofessional.
