Terrible. It's been months since we received an estimate and no one responds.
My experience with Haven exteriors was above and beyond from the first day I met the owner and his attention to my roofing needs. He was honest and direct after hurricane Ida and I didn’t need much at that time. When it was time for a new roof I did not hesitate to call them. The work was timely, professional and I would recommend them not only for roofing work but for any other services they might offer.
No show for scheduled estimates, twice! I even called the office the day of the second appointment to confirm that Ryan was going to show up. Apparently, this is common for them. Horribly unprofessional.
Haven Exteriors did an amazing job from beginning to end with our roof replacement. They were professional and extremely efficient and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We contacted them on a Thursday morning for an estimate appointment. Brandon completed our estimate later that day as scheduled and called back within a couple of hours to let us know that work could start on Saturday (2 days later!). The team was efficient and pleasant and did excellent work both on the roof and the cleanup after.
Trustworthy and professional. Highly recommend! New roof looks great.
