We used Haven Exchange based on a referral from our realtor for a 1031 exchange. They appeared to be okay at first, but over time it became really annoying. They seemed disorganized and "didn't receive" or see half of my emails and often times don't not respond. When they did, I was terse/short or even rude. One time I was literally they were busy and not to ask anything again till later.
