I had a great experience at this urgent care today. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was kind, welcoming, and efficient, which immediately made me feel at ease. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I truly appreciated the friendly attitude. The medical assistant was excellent and very professional, attentive, and compassionate. Dr. Cho and staff (especially Andy & Max) are terrific! They certainly specialize in quick and compassionate care. The front desk staff are gracious and efficient; they definitely help make the process go smoothly.
I have had the most excellent experiences at Haven Elite Urgent Care. The staff are helpful, patient and kind. The doctors are always so thorough and really care about what's happening. They listen and offer options for care and treatment. I've been seen more than 5 times over the last few years - a great alternative when I can't get in to see my regular doctor. 1st time at Haven Elite Urgent Care. From making the app to my first visit here it was pleasant and refreshing how the staff was attentive and friendly. Dr. Cho was amazing understanding of my condition and great listener. Thank you Dr. and Staff keep up the great job you all do.
Haven Elite Urgent care has the nicest staff and left a memorable impression. My daughter had just come back home from Navy Bootcamp and was having an allergic reaction, her lips were very swollen and she said her throat felt a little swollen too. I immediately took her to Lani City Medical Urgent Care because I had family who go there.
