1st time at Haven Elite Urgent Care. From making the app to my first visit here it was pleasant and refreshing how the staff was attentive and friendly. Dr. Cho was amazing understanding of my condition and great listener. Thank you Dr. and Staff keep up the great job you all do.
Haven Elite Urgent care has the nicest staff and left a memorable impression. My daughter had just come back home from Navy Bootcamp and was having an allergic reaction, her lips were very swollen and she said her throat felt a little swollen too. I immediately took her to Lani City Medical Urgent Care because I had family who go there. One of the best urgent cares I have ever been to. Everyone is super friendly and best part is I got treated by a DOCTOR! Dr. Cho is very knowledgable and thorough. I was seen immediately and got proper diagnosis. Thank you once again for taking care of me and my family. We will definitely be coming back in future if needed.

I really want to save people the headache I went through. This urgent care kept charging me a $99 copay every single visit, even though my insurance clearly shows my copay is $0. I even showed them proof multiple times, and still… cha-ching, another $99 charge. It took countless phone calls, repeating the same thing over and over, and waiting almost two months before they finally refunded me.
