The customer service here was so bad. The young lady look up and down never said could. I help you we had to ask were they doing hair. And then she said will what do you want. She was horrible. If you want to get you hair done go down the street to Rose. They are nice and less expensive!!!
Jasmine Brigg, I was the girl who helped you when you called, and I told you very clearly that the prices started at 55 and up. You were not charged the same as the lady you mentioned because your hair and hers are not the same. You have a lot of hair, that's why I charged you 65. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but I didn't charge you extra money. I only charged you the price for your hair.
I will give this hair salon ZERO stars. I will never be back. I went for my first time into the salon on Mother's Day to get a REGULAR blow out and flat iron STRAIGHT. I called the salon before I arrived to see how much it would cost, they responded $55 plus. Ok thinking mine should be only $55 as I wasn't looking to receive anything extra, far as clipped ends, deep conditioner, etc. I get my hair done, get to the payment and was told $65.00.
