My lady went here to get her hair done and it was issues from the start. My lady told them what she wanted but it's like they were trying to talk her out of it and constantly tried to change what she wanted WHILE she was getting her done. She got a simple blow out and the end result was something she could have done herself at home for free. She was so angry she couldn't even write the review. She's never going here again 😡😡
Trivonni, I believe that’s how you spell it, styled my hair and she did amazing! She was so sweet and welcoming the whole time! Didn’t take her long at all to do my hair as well. I loved the experience and I’m definitely going back! 10/10 Customer service.
