I had a horrible experience with haven. I purchased my first home with them and the constant delays were frustrating but weren’t in their control. Although the commutation was limited to none about the status and updates of the new build. My unit was ready for occupancy then there was some type of electrical issue and the unit was flooded. They had to redo everything but the workmanship was SO POOR. I had to chase them down for a refund of the months I was paying for an occupancy fee when the unit clearly was not livable.
