The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth did not seem experienced and, more concerningly, did not follow proper hygiene protocols. Unlike other dental offices I’ve visited, she touched multiple surfaces and even handled instruments, including scrapers and needles, with bare hands before placing them in patients’ mouths. When I asked why the syringe needle was exposed before use, she touched the tip of it to try to explain, which raised even more concern. I visited on august 19th at 2pm, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and directed properly. First trip so I had to give info and get X-Rays along with a deep clean and the ladies couldn’t have been more helpful. They are also very clear with pricing and how your insurance will work with you.
I love to have my teeth cleaned. Haven Dental is the place to go. Easy in and out. Modern technology. They were completely thorough with my first visit and super gentle. Thank you for making my visit a successful and pleasant one.
