I received services with Bailey in July and August 2024. My hair was bleached three times in one day despite my voiced concerns, which left me with severe breakage nearly to the root. When I raised concerns afterward, they were dismissed, and at my next move-up appointment that I kept to give her a second chance, my hair was not properly examined despite my direct requests.
