They took my appointment and my money but the doctor NEVER rang me. I was told the day before the doctor was taking the day off so he wasn’t taking appointments but the online booking service said two doctors were available at the clinic the next day so I booked one in the hope I got the one that was probably not having a long weekend (it was Friday).
