Twice booked and either don't receive a call or receive it at 5:57pm when the appointment was for 5pm. When challenged about unacceptable service level the Dr Became defensive and refused to prescribe. Never heard of customer service or duty of care.
2nd time ive booked an appointment and paid and havent received a call, absolute joke do not recommend at all
They took my appointment and my money but the doctor NEVER rang me. I was told the day before the doctor was taking the day off so he wasn’t taking appointments but the online booking service said two doctors were available at the clinic the next day so I booked one in the hope I got the one that was probably not having a long weekend (it was Friday). The next day when Dr Ronny failed to show (I could just picture him lazing around at the beach) I couldn’t get through to the receptionist, they don’t have their opening hours ... read more
Love these guys, always helpful & friendly. Parsa is always so helpful. Highly recommend!
The service has been great, Parsa has been fantastic and always ensures incredible clear communication. Dr Varkey has also been very understanding and helped to find the right strains for my needs.
