They were supposed to come out today to replace a doorknob. The doorknob needs replacing. Told them this when they called to schedule this. No knob and god only knows when they can come out to replace it. I live in a DR horton home and cannot believe its taking this long to get a doorknob replaced. Moved in a little less than 3 months ago.
Customer service is absolutely horrible. They don’t return calls and when you are in there in person they are very rude and don’t give you any information
Very nice place and the people are very friendly
I have called and called and called sales for weeks. Not sure if “Lee Walker” even works at this business because he NEVER has answered his phone. Don’t even bother calling this place. They clearly dont want business.
