I have called and called and called sales for weeks. Not sure if “Lee Walker” even works at this business because he NEVER has answered his phone. Don’t even bother calling this place. They clearly dont want business.
We bought a new home and their “warranty” people are the Haven Building Co. contacted them after having a damaged garage door that you could see a large gap with light, air passed through, etc. okay, first it took WEEKS to get a hold of someone, finally when we did, they set everything up and advised us someone would come out. There drivers drive around in a white vans, with road rage attitudes talking on the phones and don’t care about the other citizens around this. I experienced their wreckless behavior today taking a detour off I4 from Polk city around 1-2pm.
