Worst hospital forever!!! Can someone help me transfer my sister to another hospital please?
Poor communication with family. Questionable competency of staff sending in prescriptions on discharge. The pharmacy needed complete information and never received it. I made 6 phone calls to the facility to get this resolved with no result. Do not recommend.
My husband has been inpatient there 3 times since November. He is in there currently and I am so disgusted in how they treat the patients and how unprofessional they are. I can hear them when I am on the phone with him, cussing about doing their job. He didn't even get half of the meds he is on. The most important medication he takes was cut down by milligram and how many times a day. They never give a direct answer always leaving the poor patients with uncertainty which they should not have to be in. They have enough going ... read more
My best Friends brother in law was admitted to Haven and instead of getting better he got progressively worse. Communication was seriously lacking! His wife waited days for her questions to be answered. Once he was transferred to another facility his medication was changed completely and it was questioned why Haven had him on some of the medications. Someone should be looking into this facility! I am my sister’s legal guardian. She was placed at Haven on a Friday. Her chart clearly stated she can not take a specific psych drug. I also made it very clear to the social worker that she can not receive that drug. They not only gave her that drug but gave her an eight week injection of it. We are seven weeks into this and she has not been stable since. She was discharged after three days and I was told she was fine. She hasn’t been fine since she left your facility. I would give a zero star rating.
