I've not been over to Haven in WC just yet. But I'm not surprised to find negative reviews. MH staff suck anywhere . They come to gossip and add mockery. I'm so hesitant with past experiences.... I'm dreading coming over. I really am CC MH services are horrible the hospitals are worse . And staff? Most a just cold. They are there for us at all.
The past 10 days of my life have been a roller coaster. Not sure I was going to make it at times but I did! I cannot be more thankful for all of the people in this hospital. I know I am not done with my journey (ms P told me that), but I am feeling better then before I was admitted and I have learned a lot about myself. I have a loved one being treated here at the moment, the service is nothing short of abysmal, no contact with my loved one, nurses never answer the phone, not one person has contacted me and given me any updates, and when trying to schedule a visit, they tell me a situation has arose and hung up! I'm having our attorney address this and want an answer!FUBAR!!!
I am trying to call to schedule a visit and nobody answers the phone or returns messages for days. This is a healthcare facility. Someone needs to answer the phone.
Very loud and they need to have better showers that are hygienic and properly drain.
