My wife had her wheel taken any my wife had her bed urinated on she's been threatened and the staff does nothing if you ever have to have a loved one good to know an institution do not pick this one

If i could give less I would. Scary, traumatizing and filthy. Staff didnt care about elderly there was feces all over the bathroom and my elderly room mate was treated horrible I tried to get ahold of her son one I was discharged and he never responded. They kept her sedated and she didnt seem like she was mentally unwell at all. Just being abused. I only went to manage meds and they kept trying to keep me longer and longer for no real reason. Never had a worse experience trying to even get a hold of someone that works here. Cant set up appointments to see paitents, have an attitude whenever i DO get a hold of a nurse. In my experience, they dont tell the paitent you tried to call or the message you left. If you have someone you truly care about needing help DO NOT bring them here. Also if the paitent has an existing health problem, they will NOT help that paitent. This place is a joke and has the most immature staff ive seen in any sort of medical place.
