Called the number to schedule an assessment like the website said. Anita answered and I could barely hear or understand her. Said I'd like to make an appointment and was told we don't do that, and just went quiet. Horrible service for people looking for help.
Family member sent here from a nursing home . Nursing home says she has dementia. This facility's website says it specializes in substance abuse & mental health. This facility first said family member would be released around 4th or 5th day, now it's turned into a 2 1/2 week stay, maybe longer. Facility gave us problems about our POA. The POA is legal. Denied visitation. Said to call back in a few days & might be able to schedule 20 min. visit. I feel they're holding someone hostage, who isn't even getting the right care for... read more
