My mom is here and she says theres a murderer there that's abusive to other patients. Staff thinks it's funny. How do I get her out of there!? She Had an UTI the led to Delirium. She's much better now. They've not disclose anything to me. No one has called me and she's scared to death. I wish I could make them all feel the way my mom does.

If You Have Family In Here, GET THEM OUT!!! Staff Is Neglectful, Abusive, and LIE To Families! I Realize Your Family Members Need Help, This Is A Half Inch Above A State Hospital! Patients Often Enter Other Patients Beds Without Permission Or Supervision. Some Staff Appears Under The Influence. Haven Was Recently Bought Out By Oceans and I Was Given The Name Jonathan As A Contact. CALL, CALL, CALL!!!!

Please don't 🙏 🙏 🙏 use this location. They over use medication. Chemically restrain your loved one..10 days my Dad came back a shell of a person.

My 19 year old son was in this place last week. Thank God he has moved on to a residential program that is much, much better. I will share what he wrote in his journal about this place, "This place is awful. It is understaffed. They stripped my room down 3 times because they thought I was smoking a vape or weed. They threatened to give me a shot if I didn't take their meds. The groups - they just give you papers. The staff is unfriendly, cuss and make fun of patients w/ one another. I was in haven for a week and was discharged today.. for one thing I spoke with a doctor/psychiatrist for a total of 20 minutes maybe. And lonely therapy was coloring and bingo two times a day for a hour total rest of the day was watching tv and walking aimless up and down the corridors. And only high point was snacks couple of times a day. I'm homeless and almost committed suicide twice before I came here they kicked me out on to the streets with a day bus pass and few snacks.
