I was there over two years ago, somehow my review was deleted. It was a complete nightmare that I still haven't fully recovered from. Nurse Jeffrey should lose his license, he is verbally abusive and at one point was on the verge of physical abuse. There were only 2 decent employees there, the rest should be fired. Men walking into womens rooms and the staff doesn't care. Food is awful, patients walking around covered in feces. The psychiatrist barely spends anytime with patients. I was in the psych ward last week and after 3 days of me begging, they told me that pain was not a reason to need a mobility aid. my chronic fatigue and pain accompanied by fainting spells "aren't enough" to need an aid, even if I provide it myself from home. "we don't really do that here, nobody else here has a wheelchair" "you seem to be standing just fine" meanwhile I'm shifting my weight, leaning on anything I can, or straight up sitting on the dirty floor when it's too much to stand and wait at the nurses' station. they... read more

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Don't even know where to begin, but here goes. The nurses and staff would routinely just flat out ignore patients when they would need something. There was a lady in there in a wheelchair who also had cataracts so bad she couldn't see - they wouldn't help orientate her but would get upset when other patients tried to help her. When she would press the call light in the middle of the night when she needed to use the restroom - they would yell at her - and then blame HER for her... read more
