This place will lock you up for no reason them bill your insurances for a bunch of fake claims. They are liars and frauds. They just want to collect as much money as possible and lie and say you see a doctor everyday! Pick a better place.

Please avoid this location entirely. I was admitted on a Tuesday and I have no clue when I’m going to leave. My social worker said I would know by at least Friday. It’s about to be Sunday. It also took them two days to get my cleaning! Wrong… they took it and lowkey lost it for three days. I just got it back today and I’m missing about 75% of my items. Patients can walk out of the facility through emergency exit doors, and staff do not realize they’re gone (15-min checks obviously aren’t happening). Then staff didn’t notify anyone! Staff, including the CEO, will not communicate with family to get answers or help. Don’t send your loved one here. Don’t send your loved one here. I would never again stay in a place that is there to help you that allowed patients in with there drugs on them . When people are there to get better . Staff member admitting to being affiliated with a gang. Most of the staff were very friendly while others were sketchy. I couldn't wait to leave that place. For the staff that were there for general caring concern I was very appreciative.

Thanks Haven and Crystal for making the intake process such a positive experience instead of a negative one. Love the staff and the facility. Very warm and inviting environment.
