Brought my Honda to Haven Automotive and everything went really smooth. The staff are friendly and I like that you can just text to book or ask questions—super convenient. I’d originally asked them to check a few specific things. When they called to say the car was ready, I mentioned a couple of other concerns I had. These guys are honest. Brought my car for a break change because a previous mechanic told me they’re metal on metal. But they took it and said it’s got plenty of life left. I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else in grand haven. Quality people and they’re super nice too. Nevermind. They charged me 125 bucks for it. Then gaslit me into saying I should know there’s a fee even though they didn’t tell me on the phone.
