They did great work, kept me informed and didn’t do anything unnecessary-another shop quoted additional repairs as needed and Haven said and showed my the repairs were not needed.
Great customer service. They are thorough, and aren't pushy about unnecessary repairs. Can definitely say this is the mechanic I'm bringing my car to from now on. Just be aware they are very busy.
The dealership quoted my daughter $2400 in numerous unnecessary repairs. Haven fixed what actually needed to be done for under $500! Alex is honest, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Very friendly people! Super attentive and on time as soon as I walked through the door. I had an oil change done, it ended up needing another quart of oil and better filter, but they only charged me what I was quoted over the phone (it should have been more to cover that extra oil and filter). I offered to pay for that, but he said no, we'll charge what you were quoted. That earned my trust right there. Would recommend.
