Very pleased with Haven Automotive's service. I had a very busy work schedule but needed repairs done. They were able to get me in quickly and made everything super efficient so my work schedule wasn't disrupted. Very communicative and sent me diagnostics, contracts and payment via email and text so they didn't interupt my work day. The work was done well as far as my untrained I can see and they were friendly and pleasant to work with. I will continue to use them in the future and will happily recommend them to others.
Since discovering Haven Automotive, we haven't taken our vehicles anywhere else. There are many options closer to home, but the few extra miles are more than worth it - Josh and his team have been great to us, for both routine maintenance and troubleshooting/repairing more thorny issues. Honestly the smoothest experience I’ve had with an auto repair shop probably ever. Their prices are pretty reasonable and definitely fair considering the other recent quotes I’ve gotten from other repair shops in the area. They are thorough when explaining and diagnosing a vehicle. Upfront with pricing and never try to sell you something you don’t need. Hands down the best experience I’ve had going to an auto shop. I started going here based on the good reviews and so I thought I’d write one too.
They were amazing by keeping me informed with my vehicle and getting it back quickly. Pricing was great. I appreciate all the work you guys did thank you
