Since discovering Haven Automotive, we haven't taken our vehicles anywhere else. There are many options closer to home, but the few extra miles are more than worth it - Josh and his team have been great to us, for both routine maintenance and troubleshooting/repairing more thorny issues. Honestly the smoothest experience I’ve had with an auto repair shop probably ever. Their prices are pretty reasonable and definitely fair considering the other recent quotes I’ve gotten from other repair shops in the area. Very pleased with Haven Automotive's service. I had a very busy work schedule but needed repairs done. They were able to get me in quickly and made everything super efficient so my work schedule wasn't disrupted. Very communicative and sent me diagnostics, contracts and payment via email and text so they didn't interupt my work day. The work was done well as far as my untrained I can see and they were friendly and pleasant to work with. I will continue to use them in the future and will happily recommend them to others.
Truly a Team of Superstars. Josh is the man. When searching for a repair shop, trust & honesty is the main factor for me, as with many. These guys are honest. Brought my car for a break change because a previous mechanic told me they’re metal on metal. But they took it and said it’s got plenty of life left. I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else in grand haven. Quality people and they’re super nice too. Nevermind. They charged me 125 bucks for it. Then gaslit me into saying I should know there’s a fee even though they didn’t tell me on the phone.
