What a waste! Got my apartment broken into (no security) took hpd 6 & 1/2 hours to show up. This complex is flagged high crime smh. They kept my deposit to pay for the door the burglars broke. Car break ins, domestic violence, filthy common areas, loud music, unprovoked car towing, dog feces everywhere. There was a shoot out in the hallway two years ago between valet trash and a robbery suspect smh. Just don’t!
This property is HORRIBLE and THEIFS! Is there an attorney that anyone can recommend? They allowed my car to get towed even though I followed THEIR POLICY! Rebecca the leasing agent admitted that there is a system issue with their towing company but Maria the manager refuses to call to have my car released!!!! Ashley, their leasing agent confirmed that she told me I could park in the Visitor Parking spaces while the requests was pending and my vehicle would not be towed!! Went to visit a friend . The units are very nice but they need to invest in power washing . The stairs and hallways look gross
