Worst place i’ve lived in very a long time. Neighbors had mold and no notification was ever sent out, you can hear EVERYTHING in the hall at all hours of night. You will get woken up to drunk people chasing each other shirtless in the parking lot or buildings fire alarm going off for hours at 3am. Someone else’s dog attacked mine within the first week, people let their dogs crap on the patio and the entire sidewalk stinks. My washer was broken for 2+ weeks and was given 0 update. Mold problems on four separate occasions over a four month period of time. It has been a horrible experience living here as my first apartment out of college. I haven’t been able to stay at my apartment for weeks due to the walls being cut open with mold still in them and the strong stench of chemical sprays to treat the mold that have burned my eyes and gave me headaches.
I have been a resident at Haven At Treeline since January 2026. I have loved every minute of being here so far. The apartment is gorgeous, I love my apartment. The team is so responsive and fast. Ruben is the head maintenance guy, and he is awesome. The people in the office, especially Jaclyn and Christine, are so professional and friendly. I would refer this place to anyone.
