have had a pleasant stay at college town they have fairly good amenities & solid location — close to school, bus, restaurants etc.
Living at CollegeTown has been one of the worst experiences of my life. My roommate and I have dealt with a severe roach infestation since the beginning. After complaining multiple times, management finally moved us to a new unit — only for us to find dead roaches behind the stove the day we moved in. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. College Town has been a great fit for us! Move in was easy and the portal makes it easy to pay rent. Whenever our daughter has an issue, Maintenance is quick to respond.
I lived here since August 2023 and It’s solid especially for college students. Pretty quiet majority of the nights. The maintenance team is amazing very helpful, and nice. Only really cons I’d say is residents don’t clean up after their dog piss, the trash chute is broken quiet a bit, and smells like weed majority of the time and definitely expect a lot of roaches once a year in the staircase. I really do NOT recommend living here. This place is disgusting and infested with ROACHES and mold. Pest control isn’t gonna do anything, (we’ve had pest control come to our last unit many times for this reason) it’s very unhealthy and it seems like we can’t find any other solution. Me and my roommate were able to move out of that unit, but We are also having the same problem in our new unit, these roaches are multiplying.
