He left about a month and a half earlier before the lease was up. When he received the remaining balance it was $5,750.88. It's only been about a month and it has been sent to collections already! Haven at the Rim Location, location, location! This is a great location! Shopping is wonderful. Great breezes and cooler than in the heart of down town. Close to parks, library, church, school, and I-10. Easy access to 1604, Fiesta Texas, Sea World and LaCantara Shopping. The Paladium is just across the street and fine restaurants abound.
