Do not live here I repeat find somewhere else! When we toured the haven claimed to be clean and tidy, that was not the case. They claimed to pressure wash often, If you call bird poop all over the stairs and railing pressure washed then I guess they did a great job. There was also wasp nests everywhere, I was scared of being stung every time I stepped out of my apartment and they are charging you for pest control that you are obviously not receiving. They're pushing through a BS lease addendum requiring you to pay an extra $100/month for their cable and TV that's 5x what cheap Internet costs with breezeline right now.
I shop here almost daily. Love this store and it's staff.
Taylor was so helpful showing me around the apartments. I haven’t turned in my inspection sheet yet and there are a few things that need addressed but I’m sure the will be done in a timely manner
