Do not live here I repeat find somewhere else! When we toured the haven claimed to be clean and tidy, that was not the case. They claimed to pressure wash often, If you call bird poop all over the stairs and railing pressure washed then I guess they did a great job. There was also wasp nests everywhere, I was scared of being stung every time I stepped out of my apartment and they are charging you for pest control that you are obviously not receiving.
