Bro this places has the most insane amount of roaches there is roaches in the walls in the halls and even in the leasing office it’s horrible and the doors aren’t even sealed properly so they be getting in from holes every where .
I lived at Haven for a year and overall had a great experience. Maintenance is top-tier — Renée and Jose were always helpful and quick to respond. The walls are a bit thin and parking can be limited, but the community feels safe and quiet. The only reason I’m leaving is for school zones. Glad I got to live here and wishing future residents the best!
