This place is very clean. The staff is very kind. The neighbors are like family it is a very family-friendly complex as well as dog-friendly. They have ice cream trucks and other food trucks coming out for us too.
I’ve lived here for a little over and year and have lived in other apartment complexes as well. Haven at enka lake is BY FAR the best one! The staff is so kind and informative. The maintenance staff responds very quick to maintenance requests. I absolutely love living here!
I like the apartment and the folks in the front office have always been easy to work with, which is great. Carrie, in particular, is both kind and prompt. If I could make suggestions, I would love to see some of the money collected put back toward the renters’ community. For example, there aren’t a lot of options for people looking for space to sit outside. There’s a small non-traditional fire pit that sits 3-4, but it’s right beside the pool and the singular covered table seating. The clustered area for residents to use rec... read more
