Lived here for three years - got a good picture of how the place is ran. They don’t want kids outside it seems… in the three years I got two threats of non renewals due to 1) my dog getting out (a puppy in training lots of people walk dogs off lead they seem to pick on parents). We lived outside my son rode an e bike the whole time. There are many in the complex and adults ride them too. My letter of non renewal was around my seven year olds e-bike. These are nice apartments, the pool is great and the gym is really good. Having the lockers for mail and Amazon deliveries was honestly one of the best things about living there, but that’s about where the positives end. The seal in our dishwasher came out four times. They just “glued” it back in with something. The last two times we asked for a replacement. Well, being in an ADA-approved apartment means you need a different type machine, hence they didn’t have one to switch and of course weren’t willing to buy a new one, we... read more
