I recently visited Haven at Enka Lake searching for an apartment and Cassidy guided me through the process. Working with her was an easy and pleasant experience. The property is very clean, quiet and I believe it will be a wonderful place to live.
I have been a resident here for 2 years.This March. In the beginning, it was a nice respectable place with pretty and spacious apartments and decent amenities.However , since hurricane Helene , it has steadily gone down hill. I've spoke to several residents who have lived here for a number of years who are moving out, as I am. They don't enforce people picking up their dog poop. So there are huge piles of it all over the entire property. Children are left unsupervised at the pool, car loads of people who don't live here, sho... read more
