I’ve been living here for two years and it’s a beautiful place. I love the screened in porches, the amenities, and the wonderful staff, especially maintenance. The winding sidewalks coupled with the trees, bushes, and flowers make this feel like a neighborhood rather than just parking lots for apartment buildings. The gated entry makes it feel safe, and the location is great, too, as it’s close to so much shopping and restaurants.
I enjoyed my stay at Station Square Apartments. This was my first apartment and now I have something to compare to if I ever need another apartment!
We are a family of 3 who just arrived in US and looking for a unit to rent, we walked in to MAA's Cosner's Corner to inquire and Miss Angelica assisted us. She was very kind and helpful, she even toured us to the available units and see the amenities. The place was awesome and we are looking forward on staying there.
Staff is great and friendly. Answered all my questions and kept me in the loop. Love the convenience of being 3 mins away from Cosner Corner’s shopping center
