Delicious! You can tell that they are trying to do their best, as compared to some other Thai places that have been around for a while in start shrinking the portions and watering down the sauces!!
The food was fantastic and we really enjoyed the view over the river! We tried the Lao fried rice (a little spicy but very flavorful and fresh), the Pad Thai (YUM!), the Pad See Ew (very tasty and full of veggie flavor) and the Drunken Noodles (yummy, lightly sweet and richly basil flavored). This was a great place for a late lunch.
Very kind folks here at Haven, staff and atmosphere were very relaxed, I sat by the window and looked out over the water. Had the beef pho bowl, was very tasty, no complaints other than I wished they'd had tripe to go with it,I'm weird, so I think most would pass on the tripe. Very pleased, this place is definitely a hidden gem.
Delicious masman curry & fried rice. Service was great as well!
