RecommendedI appreciate everything the doctor and staff did for my little dog when she was hit by a car. However, the amount of time it took them to give her some pain relief was ridiculous. I understand that making sure that I understood what taking care of her would cost is important, and making sure you receive payment is important for "keeping the lights on"....but making her wait almost 30 minutes in excruciating pain while you got our bill ready, really seemed quite inhumane.
RecommendedDr. Stacie was amazing with my greyhound. I appreciated the time spent explaining what needed to be done and the “no surprises” cost estimate was so helpful. We will be patiently awaiting the time you’re taking new patients (we came to urgent care), but in the meantime will use your services for any other urgent matters!
it is not as good as it used to if you could bring back dr nash and carol and the rest of the other ones then i would be as happy as a pet

I switched to Grand Haven Animal Hospital years ago after my previous vet told me to call a hotline instead of getting me in to see my cat because it was close to closing time. I called Grand Haven Animal Hospital because they are located right around the corner from my house. Even though we were not patients there they fit us in and stayed late to see us.
