Jacob (Jake) was my technician today to do the preventative maintenance on my HVAC system. Jake was very knowledgeable and professional and equally friendly. He explained the entire process and kept me informed throughout the process. I am very satisfied! Thank you Jake and the rest of the Haven team! I purchased the maintenance package and I have absolutely no regrets.
I recently contacted Haven after my neighbor used them for a whole new system. Our thermostat was throwing some power off errors when the AC was running for an extended amount of time. Haven sent Jake over in a couple days to check it out and it was determined that our drain line was getting backed up and triggering the safety float switch. Haven did a great job installing my hvac system 1 year ago. It has worked great and is saving me a lot of $ . They replaced all my ducts as well as adding a new air intake, furnace, and heat pump. There have been a couple of hiccups when i got a system error message, although it seemed to be working fine. I have a five year service warranty and they fixed the problem under that very promptly. Always courteous and clean. Highly recommended. .
