useless to make an appointment i had a 6pm appt and waited till 630,everyone was rushing fighting to get a room first.room was very dirty wax strips and wax on the walls,bed filled with powder and hair.it was disgusting,outside of rooms is pretty but inside the room felt like i was at a city hospital room.it was loud and not relaxing at all,will never go there again!

Beauty Spa I went to Haven's Spa to get my eyes wax. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. They are professional and very clean. The waiting area is really nicely designed and decorated. They have a option on wax depenidng on your skin type. I have sensitive skin and every time I get my eyes waxed my eyes get swollen like I've been crying for hours and hours. Gorgeous Day Spa Haven really is a haven, tucked away down the stairs into a basement area of Mercer Street. When you walk in, you immediately relax and have a sense of being away from the city and being taken care of. The reception area is gorgeous and the wait staff is friendly. The services range from waxing to facials to massages. The services are pricey but well executed and you leave feeling like you can't wait to go back for next time.
Haven is heaven I was the recipient of a gift certificate for an indulgence at the Haven spa. (sigh) It was heavenly. The spa itself is so serene and peaceful, you can't help but relax as soon as you walk in. My indulgence included a mini massage, a facial, a mani and a pedi. Almost 3 hours of absolute bliss!
very calming spot at good value my girlfriend goes to haven for her leg waxes. They are a great value as they are below the price of many other spas and are often better quality service. Their other services are not as cost friendly, but is still not very far from most other spa rates in the city... definitely worth it... very calming and sophisticated without the up-ity feel of other soho spas.
Purely Service The decor and ambiance of Haven is exactly like its name - a small, no-nonsense, quaint, cozy haven. I've had massages - pretty good; manicures & pedicures - ok (was a gift certifcate for a French mani & pedi but the manicurist failed to tell me so; therefore I just got a regular); Brazilian - GREAT! Nice people This place is very good because they have really nice beds for tanning, very modern. Although there are only a couple of them, not an entire row like youd find at a larger place. They also offer services like massage, which I havent had but someone in there told me it was great for a small price.
Great Bikini wax's Haven has one of the best Bikini waxes. It hurts but which wax doesn't, they are very through and make sure they get places you didn't even think existed. The price is very moderate and their wax doesn't hurt as much as other places I have been. You do have to make an appt in advanced and they have a policy if you don't show up they will still charge your credit card. Very clean place and their staff is very nice.
