We stayed here for 2 months while our home in Charbonneau was being remodeled. Beware they operate as a money pump (to pump money out of your wallet). The facility is rather dated yet they add charge for such things as "valet trash". Who every heard of such a thing? It is not uncommon when checking out to find $300 or so monthly tab added to your bill in addition to rent. Parking is also VERY limited. This place has gone through alot of changes and now has a maintenance team and manager team fixing stuff all over. When I first moved in years ago I was really upset with the parking but they finally got that under control.
Why can I not talk to an agent. Your virtual agent transfers me to a number that says all agents are busy, I leave my contact and nothing happens.
Love living here! It’s such an amazing community and Abby is the sweetest person!!!
