Came here with my out-of-town friends (I'm local) this weekend in advance of a concert. I had previously made my appointment, and then reached out through their chat to expand the appointment, which was easy to do and they were very helpful about making sure we had the right appointment for what we needed. We had Sana, Ascian, and Thuy and each got Mani / pedis -- all of us got the "city gel pedicure," and then different types of manicures - gel, builder gel rebase, and gel-x extensions. I was excited to book this salon because class pass made it able to book a same-day reservation. I rarely get my nails done, but I was going on vacation and wanted to have something special. Initially the service seemed great, the people were nice and the salon is cute. However, at the end of my manicure, the woman sprayed my nails with a quick dry spray. Thuy Son always does a great job on my nails (mani and pedi). The staff are kind and welcoming. Very clean and relaxing environment.
I really wanted to love Haven! The salon is beautiful, quiet, and my French gel mani/pedi turned out very cute. I appreciated the appointment-based atmosphere and can absolutely see why so many people enjoy coming here. For me personally, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed given the price point.
