Outstanding work, Terry was incredibly kind and talented, and the invoice came in at half the amount we were quoted. Five stars all the way around. We will only use them in the future.
Unfortunately, I have to give a fair rating. Haveman did work in our home and because we have plaster walls, when installing an outlet the plaster cracked. This is very understandable...plaster is unforgiving. They said they have a larger face plate and that would cover the hole. They didn’t have any in stock and would get one for us and install it. This was in September. I have called 4 times and was told they would look into this and get back with me. I have heard nothing. Poor customer service!
