I've been ordering flowers for delivery through Havel's for years and have always been happy with the results.Recently we did a custom order of 10 vases of tulips for a memorial event and the team was incredibly helpful picking out the perfect arrangements and getting everything together so it was a smooth pickup. The flowers were gorgeous!

Good selection of cactus and succulents at reasonable prices, with many ususual varieties that you don't see very often. Plants are healthy and well grown.

Rude!! Terrible customer service. My family has been a loyal customer here for years. It’s gone down hill over the years. The woman on the phone was extremely rude when I asked if they simply had a certain amount of inventory. She hung up on me. JD Balentines is way better.

Terrible customer service!! The women who answered the phone was so rude! I asked for a price on the mums and she refused to help me. She said "I am not giving you a price over the phone" and hung up on me. If your that miserable, maybe you should close your doors. I will not support this business and I will tell everyone I know what kind of business you run!
