I started physical therapy in May and finished September 13th. I suffered with pain in my left knee for over 2 years. I was unable to get in and out of the car, go for walks, sleep through the night and sit and get out of a chair without a lot of pain. I have made so much progress I am able to do all these normal activities without pain in my knee. I am sending a huge thank you to the staff at Havelock Physical Therapy.
