I started physical therapy in May and finished September 13th. I suffered with pain in my left knee for over 2 years. I was unable to get in and out of the car, go for walks, sleep through the night and sit and get out of a chair without a lot of pain. I have made so much progress I am able to do all these normal activities without pain in my knee. I am sending a huge thank you to the staff at Havelock Physical Therapy. RecommendedCindy is so kind and so knowledgeable about insurance. She really goes above and beyond to make sure patients understand how payments, etc. will work. Joel & Blake are fantastic. Thorough, knowledgeable and their use of the Graston technique worked wonders on the scar tissue after surgery for plantar fasciitis. I highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs.
I choose Havelock Physical Therapy after my knee surgery because they were close to home, but it turned out it was a good decision. They were very helpful in getting me back on my feet. Very pleasant place to rehab..I would definitely go back.
I love Havelock physical therapy, everyone is so friendly and my knee healed a lot faster than anticipated , and my hip feels so much better, I think everyone should choose them... :)
Best place in town. Friendly, caring, they listen to you because they want you to heal. I had plantar fasciitis and was limping when I arrived. I felt better after the first treatment and able to walk in 3 weeks. It was WONDERFUL. I live in South Lincoln and it's well worth the drive for excellent patient care. If you need PT this is the place to go.
My experience with Havelock Physical Therapy was amazing! The staff is so nice and personable! I injured my arm falling down my stairs and and had a broken elbow, dislocated shoulder, and frozen shoulder. I thought I was never going to get to that point but Joel and Blake kept working with me and gave me great therapy and exercises! I want to thank them for pushing me and their kindness! Forever grateful! 😊
I chose Havelock Physical Therapy for my rehab after a total knee replacement as the are literally “in my neighborhood.” Little did I know this would be my best decision ever for my therapy and recovery! Joel, Blake and Cindy were the most caring and genuine folks that I would ever hope to meet to help get me moving in the right direction after surgery. I highly recommend them for any physical therapy that you may need. They’re my extended family, and their care is excellent!
