I had an appointment but still ended up waiting about 15–20 minutes past my appointment before they started. I was there for roughly 1 hour and 45 minutes total, and approximately half of that time was spent waiting. They would start working on my nails, then leave to work on another customer for a few minutes before coming back. Also, the pedicure setup was just regular chairs rather than the massage chairs you typically find at nail salons, which made the long wait a little less comfortable. The worst manicure I have ever had in my entire life from anywhere… the pictures speak for itself. Last photo is what I asked for.
Cute, clean, little nail shop! The owner is very friendly and Tita is the absolute best. Really enjoy the moments I get to spend here - it's quiet, relaxing, and they're fast.
