I had to repeatedly email Shannon since she kept forgetting about my order, which was completely unprofessional. My wedding cake was stale and dry and the raspberries were very sour. I would say it was the worst cake I ever tasted. I paid $275. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I just would not recommend this cake to anyone, especially on their wedding day. Was a huge disappointment and embarrassment
We knew we wanted to work with Holly from the moment we met her! I we walked in with just a color scheme and a budget, and Holly didn’t miss a beat. She worked with us to help us figure out our vision and shared honest and helpful suggestions throughout the process. On the wedding day, she was equally as amazing. I cannot say ENOUGH wonderful things about Holly and Shannon at have&hold!!!!!! They were inviting, kind, and of course patient with how indecisive i was the whole time. Their expertise extended far beyond their services of cake and florals; they guided us through the entire planning process, recommended other vendors that they have worked with before, offered thoughtful advice, and were consistently supportive and responsive. We felt comfortable with Shannon & Holly the minute we met with them, they were wonderful to work with. They pulled together all the loose ends to create a beautiful wedding day for our Daughter. The flowers, table settings and coordination were just perfect! Highly recommend. Thank you for all the hard work ladies!
Our wedding flowers and decorations were beautiful. Holly was really easy to work with and I loved how she looked to maximize our budget. The bouquets were fabulous, the pocket squares looked great and the additional touches really added great detail. I couldn’t recommend Have and Hold more!
