Sadly not accountable for their mistake, the mechanic had the audacity to say he’s NEVER made a mistake in 30 years! We are human…we all make mistakes and it’s ok…what’s not ok is not being accountable. Thats childish.
Had our son's truck at this shop. They installed a new exhaust but ran it too close to the drive shaft and with every bump of the road one of the hangers acted as a lathe cutting the drive line in two. This shop has zero accountability and tried blaming us for their poor workmanship. Complete trash.
